Our package starts from the time you say “yes” and includes:

Menu, program and signage design

Floral design

Linen, plates, tableware, centerpiece and overall table design

Ceremony design including aisle, arch, chairs, drapery and more

Stage furniture and specialty rental options

Reception design including staging and layout of general decor

1-2 designers to assist throughout planning process

Initial consultation and development of mood-board

2-3 team members with a lead coordinator to assist on wedding day

One onsite venue walkthrough to review details and wedding day logistics

Rehearsal coordination (up to two hours)

Unlimited email communication for advice and suggestions during the planning process

Vendor management:

  • Review and ensure fulfillment of contracts

  • Assume all vendor communication

  • Confirm arrival times

  • Gather proof of insurance

  • Manage vendor meals

  • Communicate all wedding details & expectations

Prepare a master wedding day timeline

Complementary wedding party guide (timeline, helpful contacts, processional, etc)

Maintain timeline and overall flow of the day

First onsite to greet vendors and serve as the main point of contact

Stage all personal wedding elements and table décor (favors, centerpieces, signage, photos, candles, and place cards)

Assistance with pinning boutonnieres and corsages

Cue wedding couple and vendors on timeline events

Deliver gratuities to vendors

Breakdown & packaging of all personal wedding elements and table décor (favors, centerpieces, signage, photos, candles, and place cards)

Ensure clean up procedures are followed in accordance with venue requirements

Arrange all rentals for designated pickup
